Capital Valuers History
Capital Valuers Pty Ltd was registered in 2007, originally with Richard Swinbourne (Principal) as the sole Director and Shareholder. In early 2019, Narelle Byrne joined Capital Valuers as a fellow Principal, Director and Shareholder after working as a Commercial Valuer and Manager of Commercial Valuations at a number of national valuation firms.
Since its inception, Capital Valuers has served a select group of clients with commercial property advice and valuation services.
Our Team
Richard and Narelle share a commitment to high quality valuation analysis, professionalism and personal, reliable service. Our aim is not to be the largest valuation firm, but to be the most trusted in providing quality, independent advice to our clients.
Narelle and Richard work collaboratively or independently depending on the nature of the task.
Richard and Narelle believe in the importance of contributing to the property industry and have both served on the API (ACT) Divisional Council (now state committee) with Richard being a former President of the API ACT Division Council as well as serving on numerous Property Council and government advisory committees.
